Vanessa has shown with us since she was a junior at the age of 9 years. She began working part-time in the barn when she was 12 years old, tacking horses and grooming. After graduating high school Vanessa choose to work full-time for us. She lives in the apartment located on site and helps with the management and care of the barn.
Vanessa gave up her amateur status in 2005 to join our training staff. She has numerous wins in Hunter Pleasure, Western Pleasure, Halter, Dressage and Sport Horse. Vanessa is an enormous asset to this facility. Her professionalism and loyalty to the team compliment her dedication to every horse.
Based on Vanessa's wins in 2006, she was awarded a Top
Ten placing in the Hunter Pleasure division of Arabian
World's Magazine Totally Tops Listing.
Team Ehret welcomes Sampath Fernando, Sudhani Perera, and their daughter, Tara, to Canada from Sri Lanka.
As Farm Managers, Sampath and Sudhani will focus on ensuring that the farm is well maintained and safe, as well as assist in the tacking and exercising of the horses.
